The app also offers convenient functions such as entering select mode by long-pressing any recording, displaying channels' dB levels by long-pressing record/pause, and inspecting audio details with a long-press of the play/pause button. Additionally, if you're using earphones, simply press the center button once to play/pause and twice to start/stop recording.

For added convenience, You Record Pro allows for remote control through the Apple Watch app. By switching to the 'iPhone' tab, you can control the app from your watch (please note that this feature requires iOS 12 or later and the app must be in the foreground).

Integration with Siri is also available, allowing you to create reminders with playback positions using voice commands like "Hey Siri, remind me about this...". Furthermore, optimizing search is made easier through Spotlight keywords such as 'Record', 'Voice', 'Memo', 'Audio', and 'Recording'.

To expedite your workflow, You Record Pro offers a variety of keyboard shortcuts for quick access to actions such as recording/pausing, stopping, playing/pausing, jumping backward/forward, changing playback speed, entering select mode, inspecting audio details, and accessing the app's settings.

For automation enthusiasts, the app supports URL handlers. You can utilize URL handlers to automate functions like recording/pausing, specifying recording durations, stopping recording, and playing/pausing audio.
